Karachi, July 20, 2011: UBL in collaboration with Etihad Airways, the National Airline of United Arab Emirates, has introduced an enhanced value proposition for their customers. While Etihad Airways is offering a 20% discount on Karachi-UAE fares in Coral Economy Class, for travel until August 20, 2011, all UBL Cardholders (Wiz Prepaid, Wallet Debit and all Chip Credit Cards) who travel by Etihad on the said route, during this time, will get their UAE Visa fee completely waived off. This exciting offer becomes even more attractive since currently Dubai’s ongoing summer shopping festivals are in full gear, and Etihad offers complimentary transport service from Abu Dhabi International Airport to Dubai and back.

With the UAE Visa fee waived off, this collaboration will make traveling for UBL Cardholders to the UAE, possible for as little as PKR 23,495/-, inclusive of taxes and surcharges.

The Free UAE Visa offer is also available to all UBL customers who travel with Etihad Airways, from Pakistan and want to make a stopover in UAE. For these customers, the Middle Eastern carrier is offering two nights’ free accommodation (for Diamond First class guests) or one night accommodation (for Pearl Business class guests) at selected luxury hotels in downtown Abu Dhabi, Yas Island or Dubai.
