UBL announces the formal launch of yet another state-of-the-art home remittance product called Tezraaftar Cash– a fast, hassle-free home remittance service that provides cash payments to beneficiaries over-the-counter at any branch of UBL. The aim of Tezraaftar Cash is to facilitate Overseas Pakistanis in sending money to their family members living anywhere in Pakistan.

UBL carries the reputation of a bank that leads others in taking strategic and innovative initiatives - and Tezraftaar Cash is yet another aggressive step taken towards promoting and facilitating the State Bank’s Pakistan Remittance Initiative (PRI).

The money sent through this service can be instantly received at any one of UBL’s 1100+ branches across the country. The remitter can send money either from UBL overseas branches or through authorized Correspondent Banks, Money Transfer Companies or Exchange Companies. The beneficiary can obtain cash upto Rs. 500,000/= over-the-counter instantly and without any hassle. In addition, there is no need for the beneficiary to maintain an account with UBL – all that is required is a unique Remittance Reference Number (issued by the correspondents) and the beneficiary’s original CNIC

This service can be availed for sending money by those Pakistanis who reside in Australia, Bahrain, Denmark, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Canada, United Kingdom, USA and other European countries.

UBL Tezraaftar Cash has been launched keeping in mind the increase in demand of cash payments and in alignment with the PRI in order to channelize more and more remittances through official banking channels.
