Account Opening

UBL Omni enables you to open a bank account at a location of your convenience.
After opening an account at any UBL Omni Dukaan, you can operate this account
from any UBL Omni Dukaan or any UBL Branch. Omni converts your existing mobile
number into your new bank account number. So whichever mobile connection you
have, you can use the same number as your UBL Omni account number and perform
transactions 24 x7.
How to open your UBL Omni Account?
You can open your UBL Omni Account just by following these simple steps:
Omni Dukaan:
1. Visit your nearby UBL Omni Dukaan with your original CNIC, mobile number and
an initial deposit amount.
2. UBL Omni Dukaandar will submit your request for account opening and will
collect the
initial deposit amount.
3. After successful account opening, UBL Omni Dukaandar will hand over printed
terms and conditions along with transaction slip.
4. You will also receive a confirmation SMS on your mobile phone regarding your
account opening request.
5. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a confirmation call from our
Contact Center for the activation of UBL Omni Account (subject to verification
of your CNIC information)
6. Upon activation of your account, you will receive a confirmation SMS from
“8257”
UBL Branch:
1. Visit your nearby UBL Branch with your original CNIC, mobile number and an
initial deposit amount.
2. Fill the Omni account opening form and submit your initial deposit amount
3. You will be given a copy of the signed account opening form
4. You will also receive a confirmation SMS on your mobile phone regarding your
account opening request
5. Within 1 - 2 business days, you will receive a confirmation call from our
Contact Center for the activation of UBL Omni Account (subject to verification
of your CNIC information)
6. Upon activation of your account, you will receive a
confirmation SMS from “8257”

Your UBL Omni Account can be operated through any of the following means:
• SMS
• Internet / WAP
• ATM
• UBL Omni Dukaan
• Any UBL Branch
