The UBL Signature Priority Banking lounge at Lahore was formally inaugurated by Mr. Atif Bokhari, President & CEO UBL last week. Located in the most prestigious commercial district in the metropolis, known as Liberty Market, it is already designated as a “flagship lounge” for UBL Priority Banking.

The lounge started operations along with three other UBL Signature Priority Banking lounges in Karachi and Islamabad, on November 7, 2009, the day that marked UBL’s Golden Jubilee..

All four exclusive lounges now cater to the bank’s current and potential high net-worth customers. Relationship Managers have been meticulously trained to offer a range of financial products and services designed to meet their particular business and personal wealth management needs. The range also includes products of UBL Insurers’ and UBL Fund Managers’ portfolios.

The official inauguration ceremony was attended by Signature Priority Banking customers and other important customers of the Liberty Branch of UBL. The President and the guests were given a tour of the facility and briefed on its operational capabilities. .

The total built-up area of the lounge is over 4,000 sq ft. Separate meeting rooms and lockers have been put into place for the exclusive use of priority customers. Along with the Signature Lounge, the Liberty Market branch itself has also been renovated. It now stands out as one of the most modern and aesthetically pleasing bank branches in Lahore.

At the inaugural ceremony, the President & CEO UBL briefly addressed the audience, drawing attention to the fact that high net-worth customers expect and deserve superlative service. He urged the branch staff to focus on strengthening the bank’s relationship with its customers by making sure that they get the highest priority and attention.
