There would be a Service Fee levied if
you pay the Minimum Payment Amount or any amount less
than the full payment by the payment due date. For retail
transactions which can be covered by the payment, Service
Fee is charged from the transaction date to the payment
posting date. On retail transactions which are not covered
by the payment, Service Fee is charged from the transaction
date to the date the next Statement of Account is generated. |

| If you notice any discrepancy in your
Monthly Statement, report the matter to our Customer Service
Center within 7 days. In order to check statement entries,

| How
much cash can I withdraw? |
As much as 30% of your total credit
limit. That is, if your credit limit is Rs. 40,000,
you can withdraw 30% of Rs. 40,000 being Rs.12,000.
Please note the Bank shall charge Service Fee on each
advance from the date of the cash advance until the
date of full payment as per the prevailing Schedule
of Charges. The Cardmember will also pay a Cash
Advance Fee as per the prevailing Schedule
of Charges. |

How
will I be billed if I make a foreign currency transaction
with my credit card? |
All non Pak Rupee transactions will be
converted from the transaction currency to US Dollars
based on the international exchange rate applied by VISA/MasterCard.
To settle the foreign spend, the billed US Dollar amount
will be purchased from the open market (authorized money
changers) by debiting your card account at the prevailing
market rate. A handling charge as per UBL’s Schedule
of Charges is also applicable. |

do I get my limit enhanced? |

On completion of 1 year card account
relationship with the bank, you can apply for a limit
enhancement on your credit card. Send a written request

What is a "Personal Greeting"?
|
|
A "Personal Greeting" is a sentence that you create during enrolment. This text should be personal, but not confidential e.g. "My dog's name is Tin". Each time a VbV receipt is presented, you should look for the Personal Greeting – it proves that it is a genuine VbV receipt. Please note – you shouldn’t select a Personal Greeting that is identical to the password. Your password must be kept confidential, while the Personal Greeting is openly displayed on the receipt.

Your first attempt to correct the problem should be to contact the merchant with whom you placed the order. Almost all online merchants have return policies and instructions posted on their websites. Customer service phone numbers and email addresses are also easily accessible on the merchants’ site. Most online merchants will do their best to correct the problem in a timely manner. If the merchant fails to resolve the issue, you can dispute a transaction according to the terms and conditions of the card you used to make the purchase.
