Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid till September 30, 2010.
2. This promotion is applicable only on UBL Wallet Visa Debit card and UBL Wiz Prepaid Visa Debit card.
3. In case of any dispute from the customer, the Bank?s decision will be considered as final.
4. UBL Wallet Visa Debit card and UBL Wiz Prepaid Visa Debit card holders utilizing their card for the first time on retail outlets will be entitled for the cashback during the campaign.
5. UBL Wallet Visa Debit card and UBL Wiz Prepaid Visa Debit card holders conducting transactions of Rs. 200/- or more shall be entitled to a lucky draw conducted on weekly basis.
6. Multiple transactions of Rs.200/- or more will entitle the card holder to multiple entries in the lucky draw.
7. In case of International / Internet transaction worth Rs. 200/- or more, a single transaction will be entitled to three entries in the lucky draw.
8. Delivery of the gift will be subject to the presentation of original CNIC. A copy of the CNIC and UBL Wallet Visa Debit card or UBL Wiz Prepaid Visa Debit card will also be required. The gifts shall be delivered to winner of the lucky draw in approx. 30 days after lucky draw is conducted.
9. UBL will not be responsible for any damages during and after the delivery of gifts.
10. Cardholders will be eligible for the cashback after spending Rs.1,000/- or more in a single transaction on their UBL Wallet Visa Debit card or UBL Wiz Prepaid Visa Debit card.
11. Subject to variation, if any, to be decided by the Bank, the card holder will be granted Rs.50/- on the first eligible transaction, Rs.100/- on the second eligible transaction and Rs.150/- on the third eligible transaction. The cardholder account will be credited in approx 30 days after conducting the eligible transaction.
12. Each eligible cardholder will get maximum cashback of Rs.300/- during the campaign.
13. Only the first transaction equal to or greater than Rs.1,000/- per day shall be eligible for cashback.
14. Supplementary card spend will also be eligible for the campaign.
15. The cashback and lucky draw prizes are subject to all applicable taxes.
16. The campaign is not applicable for UBL staff.
17. This offer is not valid on ATM transactions.
18. UBL Wallet Visa Debit card made for IDP?s (Internally Displaced Person?s) will not be eligible for this campaign.
