To use your UBL Wallet Visa Debit Card on the internet follow the steps below: |

Download the Internet Activation Form or Call the Call Centre and request UBL WALLET VISA DEBIT CARD INTERNET REGISTRATION FORM. The form can be requested by providing email id /fax number /postal address (you can choose any of the modes). |

If your email is not available with the Call centre you can have it added to your account information after due verification procedures. |

Fill out the form and send it to the email id/fax number/postal address mentioned at the bottom of the form. |

After 24 hours of the receipt of the registration form to the bank, you can call up the Call Centre and can activate the session. |

For Session activation, you need to specify the time period for which you want to use your card on internet and the maximum amount you wish to spend in the session. |

You can then undertake any internet transaction using your UBL Wallet Visa Debit card for the duration and amount you have chosen. |

Your card would become inactive on the internet as soon as the session time/amount ends. |

How can I shop online with my UBL Wallet Visa Debit card? |

How much will I be charged for the facility? |

For every session, you will be charged Rs. 100/-. During any session if you decide either to change the duration or amount that was set earlier, it will be treated as another session and you will be charged another Rs.100/-. |

What is the maximum amount I can spend in a day? |
|
| |
The maximum amount you can spend on the internet in one day is the same amount as your daily POS limit. |

For e.g. For Gold Card if you have used Rs. 40,000/- on POS, you will be allowed only Rs. 60,000/- to use on Internet on the same day. |

You can set your transaction amount to any amount that equals or is less than your daily POS limit. |

What do I need to do if I change my mind about an internet transaction?

If you change your mind about an internet transaction i.e. end the session earlier than planned OR decide to spend more or less than the transaction amount that you have set, you can contact our Call Centre at 0800-11825 to update your preferences. Please note that you will be charged Rs.100/- for the change in session duration or change in amount.

No, Internet registration is one time process.

Do I have to call the call centre for session activation every time I decide to shop online?

Yes. This will enhance the security aspect of online shopping. By clearly mentioning the amount, that you would like to spend online and the time duration for online activity, we will make sure the genuineness of online transactions and will authenticate the transactional activity as per your request for the given duration and amount. As soon as the session expires/ comes to an end, the card would become inactive for online usage until another request for session activation. Without activation this service cannot be used.
